Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Huntley, IL. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in packaging solutions and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and upselling opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via inbound inquiries, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product proposals
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
