Welder Fabricator

Job Description

Acloche has immediate openings for a Welder Fabricator in Columbus, Ohio!

Primary duties of the Welder Fabricator include:

· Plan, lay-out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal parts, equipment, and products.

· Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, and smooth surfaces, using hand tools and portable power tools.

· Weld, bolt, rivet, screw, clip, or bond component parts to assemble products, using hand tools,

· Keep assigned tools organized.

· Perform assigned tasks in a timely and orderly manner.

· Ensure quality of work.

· Maintain safe work practices and environment.

Requirements of the Welder Fabricator include:

· Must have at least 2 years of RECENT experience in sheet metal welding.

· Must be able to use a micrometer and a tape measure.

· Heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds), bending, and stooping might be required.

· Proficient with MIG/TIG welding techniques.

· Must be certified welder

Hours: 3rd shift Friday- Saturday 7:00pm – 7:30am

Pay rate: Starting pay is 19/hour and goes up depending on experience.
