Look no further! Strong Foundations is now hiring full-time and part-time BCBA's for our center-based ABA services!
Responsibilities:
Development of individualized treatment plans for individuals diagnosed with autism.
Development of programming and services based on the principles of ABA, including behavior intervention plans, social skills, functional communication training, and daily living skills.
Conducting functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
Services are provided in a variety of settings including the natural context of the child’s home, school, center-based, and/or other community settings.
Supervisions of ABA therapists on assigned caseloads to ensure fidelity and consistency in the implementation of programming.
Training to parents, ABA therapists, and/or school staff
Oversee RBT certification and supervision
Providing 1-on-1 services to individuals as needed
BCBA will report directly to the Clinical Director
Maintain current BCBA and LBA
Qualifications:
BCBA certification
LBA in Connecticut
Master's Degree in a related field
Strength in the application of ABA techniques
Strong communication with parents and staff in explaining ABA techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dedicated, with strong time management skills
Pays close attention to detail and is punctual
A natural leader with the ability to think outside of the box
Experience working within the home setting / public school setting: 2 years
