Overnight Caregiver

Job Description

Overnight Resident Care needed -

We are seeking qualified individuals with experience in a resident home care setting. NO TRAVEL. Single location. The job will be approximately a 37 hour position in Johnstown Ohio by providing HPC/DSP care as awake overnight staff.

Duties will include dispensing medications per doctors instructions, do some light house work, laundry, food prep for next day, morning resident hygiene as required and any State required documentation.

Required qualifications:

Pass a background check and drug screening test

CPR and First Aid for adults

Clear English language skills

Physically able to perform duties with no doctor restrictions

Preferred qualifications:

Currently active Licenses or State certificates.

Resident group home care references

Over 1 year of experience

We will pay for your DSP training and State required certifications

Rate of pay

$16-18/hr. increasing based on training module completion and performance, experience and compatibility. Contingency is also based upon reliability, consistency and applicant's general friendly demeanor.

Schedule

36+ hours per week - Hours can vary some but the shift is generally a regular schedule from 10p to 6a. TH,F, Sat, Sun nights.
