Certified Crane Operator & CDL Driver – Full Time

Location: Shafter, CA 93263

We’re looking for Experienced, skilled, safety-focused Certified Crane Operator with a Class A CDL to join our team. In this dual role, you’ll operate cranes for lifts and moves and haul equipment/materials to and from job sites, and pull and install various types of pumping equipment. In addition you will be driving a commercial semi and trailer to haul equipment to job sites.

What You’ll Do:

Operate mobile/boom cranes safely & efficiently (per NCCCO/OSHA standards)

Transport cranes, materials, & machinery with CDL-rated trucks

Conduct inspections, secure loads, & follow all DOT/OSHA rules

Work with ground crews for smooth, safe lifts

What You’ll Need:

NCCCO (or equivalent) crane certification

Valid Class A CDL & clean driving record

3+ years crane operation experience

Ability to read load charts & lift plans
