Project Manager - Construction

Job Description

Our client company, a successful and rapidly-growing provider of specialty interior construction products, is looking to hire a Project Manager for its Atlanta-area headquarters. The Project Manager will be responsible for cradle-to-grave project management with large General Contractors who do commercial, industrial, retail, and healthcare builds. The PM will also oversee all aspects of any given project from planning to implementation and follow through upon project completion. Other responsibilities include:

Supervising onsite personnel and contractors;

Allocating resources for assigned projects;

Working with inspectors, contractors, architects, city planners, engineers, and clients;

Contract negotiation;

To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

3+ years of experience in construction project management;

Experience with relatable construction software;

Experience reading blueprints and construction documents;

Ability to go to the office M-F
