Job Title Project Manager
Reports to Vice President of Operations Georgia
Classification Salary- Exempt
Job Purpose
To manage and maintain all areas of production associated with site feasibility, implementation, and field surveys; installation infrastructure of School Zone Speed cameras in the state of Georgia. Responsible for vendor and subcontractor contacts associated with those operations, as well as client relations to include all system training and client interaction
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conducts site engineering studies/surveys to assist in the determination of site feasibility for School Zone Speed Camera installations utilizing knowledge of existing company practices and local codes and guidelines based of signed contract and speed reports.
• Manages effectively to execute assigned projects.
• Maintains cost tracking on all Georgia sites.
• Ensures safety practices are followed to create healthy and positive working environment.
• Prepares and submits weekly and monthly project status reports to clients.
• Manages Utility Power Company process from account application through the final connection and inspection while ensuring project timelines are met for camera• installation.
• Coordinates with all permit applications through GDOT and professional engineers.
• Effectively communicates with and manages subcontractors; organizes and controls installation quotations; initiates subcontractor contact; monitors and controls all aspects of site installation; provides regular updates/reports to the CEO.
• Maintains accurate costing logs.
• Controls and monitors all street infrastructure stock items relevant to new project installations; provides accurate forecasts of equipment required; places orders as required or when requested.
• Oversees all flasher applications at RedSpeed Georgia sites.
• Researches and documents local, GDOT, County, and State regulations relevant to possible new clients or RFP requests pertaining to the installation and operation of Photo Enforcement Cameras within Georgia. This would include local sources such as:
• Professional Engineering Firms
• Electrical Contractors
• Communication providers i.e. Comcast
• Develops full-costing matrices and obligatory agreements between parties on the advancement or successful award of new contract/ client
• Reviews and revises quality control processes to meet customer expectations.
• Informs all relevant parties once successful approval and permit are granted so work can be implemented accordingly.
• Travels as required within Georgia to facilitate projects; conducts full-site surveys at each proposed enforcement location; meets with respective engineering firms, communication, power utilities and any other parties relevant to the project implementation; conducts necessary traffic study analysis according to client's parameters; supplies all pertinent

Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred but not required)
• 3-5 years of office managing and/or administrative experience,
or combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work without supervision consistently performing duties to company standards
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Desktop, web browsers, etc.

Language Skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Working Conditions
Must be willing to work in varying outdoor weather conditions. Must be willing to work in high-voltage areas. Travel may be required for field work, including visits to traffic light intersections, and to clients or meetings outside of the office. Excellent attendance is required with schedule flexibility determined by business needs. Must be open to occasional evening work based on job’s demands. 70% of the time sitting; 30% of the time standing or walking and bending. Direct contact with clients, managers, and employees. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
