Job description:
We are seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest relations, night audit, phone systems, front desk and housekeeping operations.Responsibilities:- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations- Manage guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained- Oversee front desk operations.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in hotel management or related field- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Strong organizational skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
