The Customer Service Representative Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and service requests from customers, researching customer needs, and connecting them to the appropriate individual within the service department. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions
