Branch Manager Job Overview

As the Branch Manager, you will be at the heart of our Kohler Branch, leading a team that's dedicated to exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and inspire your team to reach their highest potential, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Cultural Development: Build and nurture a dynamic sales and service culture that enhances both employee satisfaction and member loyalty.
Member Engagement: Forge strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing members to elevate their experience and encourage referrals.
Community Contribution: Actively participate in initiatives that enhance the financial health and well-being of the local community.

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience, along with proven experience in leading teams and driving results in a financial or customer-focused environment.

Industry & Service Expertise: Familiarity with credit union or banking products, regulatory requirements, and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
Results & Problem Solving: A goal-oriented mindset with strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to solving challenges and improving operations.
