CDL Driver

Job Description

We are a family-owned grading and erosion control company looking to grow our crew with reliable, hard-working CDL Dump Truck Drivers. Our fleet uses mostly manual shift trucks. This role involves hauling materials to and from job sites, supporting the field crew, and keeping your truck in clean, safe working condition.

Responsibilities:

Operate tandem, tri-axle, or roll-off dump trucks to haul dirt, rock, gravel, debris, and materials to job sites.

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Maintain trip tickets and receipts for each load and turn in to supervisor.

Safely load and secure materials before transport.

Safely load, secure, and transport heavy equipment.

Comply with DOT and company safety standards at all times.

Support crew with labor tasks when truck is not in use (teamwork matters).

Maintain communication with supervisor and foreman for job instructions and timing.

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class B or A and current DOT Medical Card.

1+ years of experience driving dump trucks in a construction setting.

Clean driving record.

Ability to work in outdoor environments (heat, dust, rain).

Must be punctual, professional, and able to take direction.

Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
