Job Overview

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting physical exams and delivering preventive healthcare within established clinical guidelines

Providing education, referrals, and coordination of care for patients and their families

Ensuring timely and complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Participating in peer review, quality improvement, and provider productivity efforts

Collaborating with administrative leadership to support high-quality clinical care and access
