What Youll Do:
Supervise a team of Counselors and ensure delivery of exceptional patient care
Oversee intake operations and assign/manage counselor caseloads
Maintain your own manageable caseload while ensuring compliance and documentation standards
Conduct quality assurance reviews and guide clinical performance through mentoring and training
Serve as Acting Treatment Center Director as needed
What You Bring:
Active OH license: LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC.
3+ years experience working with chemically dependent populations
Prior supervisory experience in a clinical or treatment setting
Compassionate, team-first mindset with a commitment to ethical care
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR experience is a plus
Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen
