Ansell is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Sri Lanka!
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting coordination of artwork and rationalization projects within the GPMO, ensuring timely execution by liaising with key stakeholders and escalating risks or delays. This role also requires assisting with maintaining Power Bi dashboards and supports other project or routine PMO tasks as needed.

What your role will be?
Coordinate artwork projects by collaborating with GPMO, Regulatory, AWC, and manufacturing teams.
Support product rationalization projects in partnership with plant teams.
Maintain and update Power Bi dashboards to deliver accurate business insights.
Provide coordination support for QARA and New Product Development (NPD) projects.
Track milestones and ensure cross-functional alignment across regions.
Communicate clearly with virtual, global teams to drive project progress.
Use Power Bi and IT tools to support data-driven project reporting.
Assist with other project or routine tasks assigned by the PMO.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years in a relevant field or equivalent
Excellent communication in both verbal and written in English.
Knowledge on Project Management, Project Coordination, Microsoft Office, Power Bi, Smartsheet
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Can-do attitude to foster effective teamwork in a multicultural environment.
