Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising the complete operations of the fragrance line to ensure a high level of sales and customer satisfaction through extensive product knowledge and outstanding sales plans and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Establish area sales targets and ensure the attainment of agreed annual target of revenue
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the fragrance sales in the targeted market and plans for open new markets locally and internationally
Manage the area sales according to the ad hoc segments of the market
Analyze and control current or potential markets and competitors in order to implement action plans
Leading local and international sales teams
Work closely with Perfumers, lab personnel and commercial teams to plan and execute customer projects effectively
Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with the customer
Negotiating contracts, promo plans and innovations
Resolve any issues and problems of clients and act as a link between the customer and the team
Manage exhibitions locally and internationally, and travel to visit customers as needed.
Ensure sales reporting system is complied with and consolidated for the area to show performance against plan.
Develop and implement business driving events to achieve sales department’s goals
Communicate regularly with vendors, planners, distributors, and buyers regarding stock needs, customer preferences, and special events
Ensure work area is free from hazards and work in a safe manner
Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor or above degree in Economic, Business Administration, or in a related field
5 years and more Relevant experience in Sales management, proven abilities and history to manage and expand sales
Languages: Arabic: Very Good, English: Very Good,
Computer Skills: Excellent skills in using office and presentation programs, ability to use online management tools and Gmail platforms is considered as a plus
Desirable
Experience in FMCG and/or perfume industry.
