Warehouse Operations

Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.

Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory handling, damage control, cycle counts, and audits.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Services Management

Develop and manage strategies for flawless execution of 3Eye services including assembly, staging, & kitting, and device provisioning.

Drive systems automation and implement SOPs to scale our services practice.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales to enhance service offerings, pricing, and go-to-market messaging.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards in provisioning processes.

Leadership & Strategy

Manage, coach, and develop warehouse and provisioning staff.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure performance goals are met.

Partner with procurement, IT, finance, and customer service teams to align operations with business objectives.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

Build and manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors.

Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve service or logistics issues affecting business operations.What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.

Strong understanding of WMS, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
