POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, the Analyst assesses company and client needs, receives robust information, and analyzes it, looking for telltale trends or areas for improvement.Essential Functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES):

Analyses, designs, develops, and deploys effective business intelligence and reporting solutions
Leads data democratization efforts, including with AI to impact growth in the business by interpreting data sets using statistical or predictive tools to provide valuable new insights or patterns to management driving intelligent business decisions.
Training managers on new reports and dashboards, with leading data democratization efforts.
Prepare, and ensure the integrity of data, of routine reports for executive leadership or business units that require timely and accurate data. Troubleshoot any reporting database environment or reports.
Creates dashboards, visuals, algorithms, and business tools for use organization-wide
Creates and maintains system-related documentation such as business, system, and functional requirements, process flows, status reports, and configuration worksheets.
Import and export financial, inventory, or other data sets into a primary database or by collaborating with internal software developers and senior database administrators to determine a best solution.
Offers insights into the business to improve revenue or expenses, such as analyzing marketing data, sales data, call center data, finance data, inventory data inside of ERP software, or other data sets
Design by collaboration and manage a data warehouse between multiple cloud and local data sources in systems such as Google BigQuery, PowerBI, SAP By Design, SAP Analytics Cloud, MySQL, Five9, and excel documents.
Integrates data sets with cloud software
Obtains, manipulates, and transforms large data files to transform data that assists in business solutions
Documents, forecasts, and maps data to solve existing business issues and identify process enhancements
Analyses, designs, develops, and implements data warehouses around enterprise data
Leads data conversion and system migration efforts to ensure data accuracy
Develops quality control procedures to verify processing of all expected data
Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Experience
Five or more years of experience in data management, analytics, technology, and analysis required
ERP and CRM experience
ETL tools experience such as FiveTran
Microsoft PowerBI expertise
Deploying AI tools and software experience a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related analytical field
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge
SQL-like database software such as Google BigQuery / MongoDB
Scope, develop and manage project plans
Identify risks and issues, manage resources and change management activities
Develop and maintain project business cases
Develop and communicate reporting and presentation materials for Key Stakeholders
Provide periodic updates to management as to the progress of implementations
Authorized to work in the United States only
