Digital Asset Scheduler
Location: Columbus, OH - In Office (Candidates outside of Columbus, Ohio will not be considered.)
OVERVIEW
Orange Barrel Media is seeking a Digital Asset Scheduler - a highly organized, detail-focused role responsible for ensuring digital advertising files are correctly scheduled and displayed on our nationwide network of screens. This is not a content creation or social media position - you will not be writing copy, designing creative, or managing social platforms. Instead, you will work with the provided files from clients and verify, schedule, and track them through our posting systems. You'll be part of our Client and Creative Services team, working closely with Sales and Operations to make sure content runs accurately and on time. This is a process-heavy role where accuracy, speed, and consistency are key. The Digital Asset Scheduler will be responsible for reviewing and posting content onto our digital displays nationwide. As an integral part of our Client and Creative Services department, you will work closely with the sales team and other internal departments. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Schedule a high volume of digital files across many different platforms, prioritizing workflow based on run dates and files received
Review digital files against our Spec documents and basic reformatting of digital files using Adobe Creative Suite as well as providing client feedback if files are not to spec
Assess different forms of posting instructions and ensure clarity and accuracy
Looping in operations team when encountering software and hardware issues related to scheduling
Communicate with remote property contacts and city partners
Clear communication between clients, sales team and vendors on content that is scheduled
Completes final checks to ensure content is scheduled accurately within AirTable in order for the team to capture Proof of Performance (POP) photography
Gathering and sharing of information to create the digital spec sheets and revisions to spec sheets as needed ABOUT YOU

Proficient on both Mac & PC platforms
Adobe Creative Suite experience
4-year college degree
Experience in the advertising or OOH industry is preferred
