Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Provide coaching to classroom staff using the Practice Based Coaching (PBC) model to the agency's center-based Head Start, Pre-K counts and childcare programs in Butler County.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of a baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (1302.91(f))

One to three years of experience working with children ages birth to 5 years.

Supervisory experience and experience with low-income children is preferred.
