About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a variety of commercial environments, including EV charging stations, cell phone towers, and building infrastructure. Travel is required for this role—up to 75%—so flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential.

This role is ideal for an electrician who is comfortable in the field, experienced with both high- and low-voltage systems, and eager to work on dynamic, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial settings

Work on EV charging stations, telecom towers, and building electrical infrastructure

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams

Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure system reliability

Ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)

Collaborate with other trades on-site to deliver quality results on schedule

Mentor and provide guidance to apprentices and junior team members

Qualifications

Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the state of Texas (required)

1+ year of commercial electrical experience (preferred)

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments

Strong working knowledge of both low and high voltage systems

Ability to interpret and apply the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Experience in frame carpentry and/or industrial electrical work is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management

Valid driver’s license (preferred)

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

Monday to Friday

Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
