ASG Platform is opening applications for its Residency Program for Software Developers — a scholarship-based, full-time, paid training program designed to prepare skilled coders for high-impact software engineering careers. This is not a job or a beginner bootcamp. It’s an intensive, career-launching experience built for individuals with a strong programming background and a serious commitment to becoming an elite developer. Full-time commitment (no side jobs, classes, or freelance work)

Strong programming skills with working knowledge of tools and workflows

Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Willingness to complete a multi-stage, hands-on evaluation process Program Timeline

Phase 1 (Months 1–6): Foundations and Core Concepts

Phase 2 (Months 7–18): Advanced Projects and Specializations

Phase 3 (Months 19–24): Final Projects and Career Preparation Application Process

Submit application and initial Statement of Purpose (SOP)

Initial interview + 2-hour paid coding assessment (live demo, plagiarism check)

Submit Mid-Journey SOP

4-day paid coding assessment (live demo, plagiarism check)

Follow-up call or second interview

Submit Final SOP

12-day paid coding assessment (live demo, plagiarism check)
