Business Analyst

Analyze business operations, data, and functional requirements to support the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise systems and processes. Facilitate Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication of goals, scope, and deliverables. Elicit and translate business needs into well-structured user stories and technical documentation to guide software development teams. Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and sprint backlogs to support iterative delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the financial and operational impact of proposed system changes and enhancements. Define acceptance criteria and partner with UX analysts to ensure design solutions align with business and financial objectives. Conduct requirements verification and validation sessions, mapping functional and finance-related requirements. Perform risk assessments, impact analysis, and GAP analysis to guide strategic decisions. Review test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure system integrity and compliance with business needs. Prepare and maintain documentation, including System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM). Track and manage defect remediation activities to ensure timely resolution. May require travel or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. May need to work in other locations as required.

Requirement: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
