Recruiter

Our new member of the team achieves staffing objectives by establishing recruitment processes at MOL Group based on international best practices. Recruits and evaluates candidates while making suggestions for the HR Business Partners and top-level Hiring Managers on recruitment matters considering the company's goals.

YOUR MAIN TASKS IN THIS POSITION

Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment ensuring a consolidated list of available candidates for the hiring managers

Operating recruiting and selection processes based on best practices and considering MOL’s organization plans and company objectives

Building applicant sources&pools by researching, networking and contacting agencies and social media while cooperating with headhunter vendor contacts and RPOs

Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications based on alignment with Hiring Managers

Ensuring proper preselection and screening of applicants by determining applicant qualifications via testing system, analysis of test reports, and comparing their qualifications to job requirements

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED

3+ years of relevant work experience at recruitment agencies or multi companies especially as a recruiter

Fluency in English and Hungarian both spoken and written

Ms Office and ATS (preferably Taleo) knowledge

Excellent cooperation skills, team work experience and customer centric approach
