The Marketing Manager will lead initiatives to grow embecta’s core product portfolio and strengthen brand recognition across multiple channels. Responsibilities include portfolio management, product optimization, and full-cycle campaign execution—from planning and briefing to asset creation and rollout. Building brand awareness is a key priority, and we seek an experienced marketer to deliver impactful campaigns both online and offline.
Plan and activate Asia brand and product campaigns across different channels, with a strong focus on digital platforms
Work closely with country marketing leads on new product launches, strategic planning, campaign development and deployment
In collaboration with global, drive product portfolio optimization with countries
Streamline internal process of new product requests to introduce new products in Asia
Lead development/adaptation and implementation of regional/global corporate brand campaigns in Asia
Develop social media and content strategy, to increase brand awareness and enhance community engagement, including content creation
Regularly analyze and monitor campaigns performance for improvement
Where relevant, conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences and behaviours, in order to develop effective marketing campaigns that are relevant to target audience
You will be responsible for developing marketing materials where necessary, such as brochures, retail materials, and promotional materials, to support the marketing campaigns both online and offline channels
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
8 years experience in Marketing with proven track record in Strategic Planning, Campaign development, Brand Activation, Digital marketing, and Retail/offline marketing communications
Good understanding of various marketing channel tactics (e.g. search, social, display): campaign management, reporting/metrics, planning process, creative uses, and optimization
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing effective media and communications strategies, preferably in a regional capacity
Strong experience working with marketing technology platforms and analytics/reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc
Interest and experience managing social media in a professional capacity
Excellent oral and written communication capabilities that have been leveraged with external customers, internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Good writing skills
Self-starter and independent
Entrepreneur mind set: Positive thinking in opportunities, agile and intrinsic motivation and desire to drive change and trying new things, taking action with pragmatic approach
