Job Title: Site Foreman Position
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. & some Saturdays
Major Responsibilities
Supports the Director of Operations by supervising the work activities of field crew personnel.
Coordinates with the Director of Operations and personnel to meet individual and/or simultaneous project deadlines.
Inspect work, ensure all activities and operation of equipment is being performed in a safe manner, and ensure company standards are successfully met.
Interact with customers and on-site project managers, as needed, to manage jobs.
Essential Functions
Shares on-site supervisory duties with the Director of Operations and assists the Director as needed.
Investigates complaints regarding services and takes appropriate corrective action.
Always demonstrate a team attitude by completing jobs on time and within budget while utilizing excellent communication and people skills.
Supports and serves as back-up to the Director of Operations.
Coordinates with the Director of Operations and office administrators to ensure deadlines are met on time and within budget.
Oversees field personnel to ensure that company standards are conducted and upheld.
Oversees operations to ensure all jobs are performed according to OSHA and ANSI safety standards, and enforce the same.
Documents safety violations and makes recommendations for disciplinary action
Reports on-the-job injuries and accidents involving field personnel according to OSHA regulations.
Communicates with customers and project managers, and serves as a positive representative of the company.

Sets a good example for other employees regarding standard of dress, language, and attitude; communicates job expectations clearly; communicates and enforces safety regulations and policies at all times; maintains high standards of quality service; creates an atmosphere supporting on-the-job satisfaction; mentors new personnel; maintains and enforces discipline among the personnel, including standards of dress and on-the-job attitude.
Mentorship – works closely with designated personnel to ensure professional growth and development within the company. Also, mentor office administrator to enhance knowledge of field processes and build a “team” that works seamlessly together.
