About the Role:
As a Talent Advisor / Recruiter, you’ll be the heart of our staffing operation—sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. You will play a key role in helping people find the right opportunities, while supporting businesses in building their dream teams.

What You’ll Do:
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals
Match talent with open roles that align with their strengths and aspirations
Manage multiple job orders while keeping candidates and clients informed
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers
Track activity and maintain candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Provide a top-tier candidate experience from first contact to placement
Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas for improvement and innovation

Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!
