Schedule: 9AM-5PM

Pay: $16-18/ Hour

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Packaging & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to package dog treats and chews into branded retail bags for online orders. Additional warehouse duties may include inventory organization, restocking, and preparing shipments, lifting boxes (maximum 40-50 lbs.)

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully package dog treats and chews into retail bags, ensuring correct weights and labeling

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the packaging process

Seal and label bags accurately for eCommerce distribution

Assemble orders and prepare them for shipment

Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and notify supervisor of low inventory

Assist with receiving and organizing incoming product shipments

Maintain accurate records of packaging batches and inventory movement

Follow safety protocols and warehouse best practices at all times

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or food packaging experience preferred but not required

Spanish and English Speaking Preferred (Bilingual Preferred)

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Comfortable working in a clean, pet product environment

Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Basic math skills for measuring and portioning product
