BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager to join our growing engineering services team in Cambridge.

This role will support and lead the development, coordination, and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across a wide range of MEP and architectural design projects.

Responsibilities:Create, manage, and maintain BIM models using Revit for coordination and documentationSupport engineers and project teams in model setup, drawing production, and clash detectionDevelop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projectsFacilitate coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts through Navisworks and other toolsCollaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors Qualifications:Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is requiredExperience working with MEP or AEC industry projects preferredStrong understanding of BIM processes, model coordination, and clash detectionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDegree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred
