Get more details below.Worksite Location: Red Wing, MNContract Period: 3 monthsCompensation: $20.00 per hourNote: Requires at least 2-3 weeks of onsite training before working remotely.

What you’ll do as a Order Management Specialist:Navigate and manage orders in EVA POS, including making adjustments and canceling order lines as neededUpdate and correct replenishment order quantities in M3 Order Management System, including fixing incorrect quantities from the B2B toolProcess adjustments for duplicate invoices and apply necessary order updatesCreate and manage cases in Salesforce, send email communications, and document all actions takenSend clear, professional communications via OutlookMaintain consistent availability during scheduled hours and adapt to evolving priorities and tasks What you’ll bring to the Order Management Specialist role:Experience working in data entry or order managementProficiency in Salesforce for case creation, communication, and documentationStrong written communication skills with the ability to craft professional emailsAttention to detail and accuracy when managing orders, invoices, and updatesFlexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and processesReliability and commitment to maintaining consistent work hours As an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
