Position Overview

The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position (at the advanced assistant or associate level) in the Department of Marketing and Logistics. We seek candidates with expertise in consumer behavior/psychology and/or consumer decision making. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to high-quality research and collaboration, and an interest in solving problems in marketing. Duties and responsibilities are assigned in accordance with the workload guidelines laid out in the pattern of administration of each faculty member’s tenure initiation unit (TIU) and, as appropriate, regional campus; obligations will include research, service, and/or teaching. These faculty will have earned a doctorate or other terminal degree in the relevant field of study or possession of equivalent experience.

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum requirements for the position are a PhD in business and/or related field and evidence of an ability to conduct high-quality research. The salary is competitive with leading research universities.
