Core Responsibilities

Lead the shared service team of 10+ people across multi operational area in HR and Finance to deliver excellent service and partnering to the various functions in LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (LMV)

Build a high performing and motivated team, navigating through complex matrix organization in strong partnership with regional shared service team

Act as the contact point of financial and HR services for teams in LMV, effectively guiding stakeholders to the best solution

Supervise daily operations of the team to ensure delivery is in line with global/APAC BSO quality and process requirement

Support problem solving with good understand of both unique local needs and standard global processes

Continue to drive process and productivity improvement in a service center context

Build and champion an open and collaborative culture in the Vitenam shared service center team

The LEGO Group Business Service Operations APAC team (BSO APAC), is part of the Global Business Service Operation center (BSO) that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 6 locations: Mexico, Kladno, Singapore, Billund, China & Vietnam. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.

BSO LMV is part of BSO APAC, and as a Senior Manger for this team, you will report directly to the Head of BSO APAC, and you will be responsible for the leadership & daily operations of the BSO LMV multifunctional team, while ensuring our services are delivered with the right quality & in alignment with BSO Global processes & practices as principle.

You will become part of the BSO APAC leadership team where you will have a key role entering with a strategic & tactic mind-set to develop the team in LMV, add value to the business on the processes & services we deliver on the LEGO Group, with focus on this case on LMV.

You will also collaborate closely with the BSO APAC Leadership Team Stream heads for functional support & Global stream direction.

Do you have what it takes?

Bachelor degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience & preferably within BSO areas

5+ years of leadership experience leading multi functional & multicultural teams in matrix organization

Outstanding communication skill with proven record in ability to effectively managing a wide group of stakeholders

8+ years of professional experience within broader finance area demonstrating profound process and functional knowledge from a similar position typically in shared services

Experience of working in a highly collaborative environment, delivering locally but with aim of regional/global coherence

Comfortable with ambiguity

Experience in multinational companies and shared service centers is preferred

Candidates with HR/Accounting qualifications is preferred

Project management experience

Advanced written and spoken Vietnamese and English
