Reports to: Executive Team

About the Role

Meraki Gardens / Vibes Wholesale is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support product launches, brand positioning, and digital presence. This role will work closely with leadership, production, design, and compliance teams to bring products and packaging concepts to market, execute go-to-market strategies, and generate marketing assets that directly support sales and brand growth.

Core Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of new product development from concept through launch

Collaborate with production, design, compliance, and leadership to bring innovative products and packaging to market

Build comprehensive launch plans with timelines, messaging, promotional materials, and rollout strategies

Track post-launch performance and adapt strategies as needed

Develop premium packaging concepts that reflect the Meraki brand identity

Ensure packaging meets compliance requirements and stands out in retail environments

Manage and update brand profiles on LeafLink, Weedmaps, Leafly, iHeartJane, and company websites

Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, imagery, and accurate pricing

Create and execute social media calendars for Instagram and other cannabis-friendly platforms

Develop sell sheets, product cards, educational one-pagers, and promotional flyers

Create and maintain a digital product menu for the sales team

Design campaigns to support seasonal promotions, product drops, and new market opportunities

Report on campaign ROI, lead generation, sales impact, and digital performance metrics

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in cannabis marketing preferred, extra points for CPG product marketing experience

Strong understanding of cannabis platforms and retail/delivery ecosystems

Proven track record in product launches and cross-functional project management

Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

CRM or e-commerce platform experience a plus
