WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Competitive hourly wage of $16/hour during a 30-day trainee period.
Upon successful completion, advance to a Financial Representative role with a base salary of $36,000 plus unlimited monthly sales incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage in a comprehensive program to build the expertise needed to provide holistic financial guidance to clients.
Gain hands-on experience in marketing Individual Insurance products and passing a sales competency test.
Develop prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, and communication using personal networks, events, and social media.
Learn in-depth about our products, demonstrating knowledge of their features and advantages.
Manage flow of content, proposals, and paperwork to ensure a smooth application and underwriting process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Complete all trainee program requirements to acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
Obtain the essential insurance licenses before commencing the role, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hiring and maintain ongoing compliance, with securities licensing required within 24 months of joining the program.
Exhibit high levels of self-motivation and results-oriented approach, taking initiative both independently and in a team setting.
Be available to travel up to 50% of the time with a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation for meetings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry and related marketing practices is a plus.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
