We are looking for a Robotics Integration Engineer with experience in the automotive sector, specifically in the BIW (Body in White) area, to collaborate on a highly complex industrial project. The professional will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the process, from design through to full industrialisation.
Responsibilities:
Technical support in BIW industrial robotics, from process design to factory implementation.
Preparation of Need Specification Sheets per line, including validation, follow-up, reception, installation, programming, and commissioning.
Technical interface for robot renewal or purchase, ensuring compliance with standards, and supervising simulations, load charts, safety volumes, and offline programming (PHL).
Supervision during integration: installation control, calibration, tool checks, real load charts, interlock audits, trajectory validation, axis cabling, and safety system activation.
Management of all technical documentation: electrical diagrams, maintenance plans, consumables, and backups.
Support in fault resolution and cycle time optimisation. Coordination of robotics training for the plant team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in industrial robotics within the automotive sector (preferably in the BIW area).
Solid knowledge of Delmia for simulations.
Proficiency in programming FANUC robots.
Ability to work autonomously, with critical thinking and results-oriented focus.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Integration into a challenging industrial project with a strong technological component.
