Clinic Assistant

We are looking for Clinic Assistants to support outpatient healthcare operations in modern, high-volume clinics. This is a great opportunity for compassionate, organized, and patient-focused individuals with experience in a clinical or medical support setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day clinic activities including patient registration, vitals taking, and basic medical procedures.

Provide support to nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff during consultations and treatments.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas, equipment, and supplies.

Help manage patient flow and ensure proper documentation and records handling.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and inventory checks.

Ensure a courteous and professional experience for all patients.

Qualifications:

Graduate or underboard of Nursing or any allied medical course.

For Pharmacy Assistant, TESDA NC II is preferred.

At least 6 months of experience in a clinic, dental, pharmacy, or healthcare support setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and compassionate.

Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
