Overview

A startup healthcare group is seeking a Head of Technology to design, implement, and oversee the company’s full technology setup. This role will be hands-on in selecting and integrating the platforms, hardware, and systems that power operations, ensuring seamless support for a mobile, field-based healthcare service model.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the company’s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Select and integrate EMR, CRM, scheduling, and logistics platforms to support multiple departments.

Procure and configure IT hardware, including tablets, laptops, phone systems, and security systems.

Translate operational and business requirements into practical tech solutions.

Ensure all systems work together across operations, sales, marketing, and finance.

Evaluate and manage external vendors for software and IT services.

Design scalable systems to support multi-state growth.

Ideal Candidate

Experience selecting, implementing, and managing technology platforms in a healthcare or service-based business.

Strong understanding of systems architecture, SaaS platforms, and IT infrastructure.

Hands-on approach with the ability to evaluate, configure, and deploy technology solutions.

Comfortable in a startup environment — resourceful, adaptable, and ready to build from scratch.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership, operations, and external vendors
