What you’ll do

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be reporting directly to Country Head of HR. You will closely be partnering with business leaders on HR activities, issues and policies to drive business growth and result. You will play a pivotal role in driving a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting business objectives through strategic HR practices.

Accountabilities:

Advising people managers on employee relations matters, implementing strategies for a positive workplace culture, leading employee investigations matters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations.

Collaborating with business leaders to assess workforce needs, supporting business growth through proactive talent planning, and driving strategic recruitment and mobility initiatives.

Conduct talent review processes to identify key talent and succession pipelines, partnering with managers to create and monitor Individual Development Plans, and facilitating career growth opportunities for employees.

Supporting all employee life cycle events including hiring, transfers, promotions, and exits, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and compliance.

Overseeing the performance management process, including setting goals, performance reviews, and supporting managers in addressing performance-related issues to foster continuous employee development.

Upholding HR policies, standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and contributing to continuous HR process improvement.

Utilizing and overseeing all HRIS (Workday) transactions to maintain accurate employee data, generate reports and analytics, and support business decisions with reliable HR metrics.

Essential for the role

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HRBP or related HR advisory role, with significant expertise in both employee/industrial relations and core HR processes.

Advanced knowledge of labor laws, HR governance and compliance, as well as performance and talent management best practices.

Prior experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.

Demonstrated ability in strategic workforce planning and managing people movement processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism; analytical mindset for data interpretation and reporting.

Experience in resolving complex employee relations cases.
