We are looking for a detail-oriented team member with strong multi-tasking skills including an excellent understanding of managing field service projects, billing practices and scheduling. This role plays a pivotal role in scheduling field service personnel, parts, and tooling to ensure timely project completion in alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing project budgets across various aspects such as start-up services, warranty repairs, and customer charges, advocating for additional funding as required, and overseeing the hiring of third-party professionals. Activities include the following but are not limited to:
· Administer Scheduling of Technicians
Maintain job data in business system for invoicing
Provide end-of job audits for final invoicing
Reconcile job labor and payroll data
Manage conflicts in scheduling
Process Customer Quotations
Administer Technician customer facilities access requirements
Administer job required resources, part requests, tools, commute logistics
Provide great customer service to clients and upsell when possible
Perform Business Central functions such as: quoting, job cost and invoicing all jobs/warranties
Coordinate jobs that are created, scheduled, and communicated to internal or external customers
Utilize company software and sites to accomplish assigned goals
Assist the Field Service leadership in all essential duties as requested
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
· Experience with problem and conflicts resolution to achieve a positive outcome.
· Experience with working independently in a team environment without close supervision.
· Demonstrated exceptional time management and organizational skills
· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated ability to be open minded and accepting to objective feedback
· Demonstrated exceptional Communication skills and a commitment to follow-up
· Experience with understanding project scopes and project tracking
· Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
· Demonstrated understanding of warranty terms and tracking
· Experience with purchasing and sourcing
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
· 3+ years of service coordination, billing, and administration
· Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus
· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite capable of applying Microsoft Excel; JET reporting is a plus.
· Experience with project management
· Experience with account management
· Experience with technical sales
· Experience with team leadership
· Experience with invoicing

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay eligibility starts after 1 year of employment
