Your Role as a Senior Security Systems Technician: You will be a leader on our team, trusted to manage and execute complex security installations and projects.

Expert Installation: Lead the installation and programming of new security and access control systems, ensuring projects are completed to our high standards.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Use your strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues with alarms and security systems.

Customer Solutions: Identify risks and provide effective, professional solutions to our clients.

Mentorship: Use your experience to mentor and guide junior technicians.

Process & Quality: Follow and refine our procedures for installations, maintenance, and inventory to maintain our reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in security installation, maintenance, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong background in access control, IP video surveillance, and intrusion systems

Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to doing clean, precise work and following established processes.

Physical Stamina: The ability to handle a physical workload and lift up to 50 lbs.

Certifications: Industry certifications (e.g., BICSI, ESA, NICET) are a plus.Company Description
