Pay Range: Competitive DFW market rates ($20 - $28/hour DOE)

We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our crew for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Roofer, you will work as part of a skilled team installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PTO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, shingles, single-ply membranes, and roof coating systems. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their craft, follow safety standards, and deliver exceptional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (TPO, PTO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, shingles, single-ply membranes, and coatings).

Apply roof coatings for restoration and maintenance purposes.

Read and interpret plans and specifications.

Inspect roof systems to determine repair or replacement needs.

Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety standards.

Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality requirements.

Qualifications

2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of single-ply membranes, TPO, PTO, and coating systems preferred.

Must be able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Must pass E-Verify.

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.

OSHA 10/30 certification preferred, but not required.
