Drive the continuous enhancement of equipment efficiency by developing and refining process and equipment standards.

Perform crucial breakdown repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Execute planned maintenance activities in coordination with reliability mechanics.

Develop and train line team members to ensure high standards of autonomous maintenance (TPM).

Assist Supervisors and step into their roles as required to ensure smooth operation.

Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing equipment performance.

A high school diploma or GED with additional technical or college training.

A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience within an FDA-regulated setting.
