Position Summary:
A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator with a strong engineering background. This role focuses on planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks.
Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders to meet operational demands.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate timely procurement.
Track and report on maintenance metrics and equipment performance.
Maintain and update records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Support capital improvement and reliability projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or related roles.
Proficiency with maintenance planning tools
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety standards.
