As a Senior Skills Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening both our local capability in LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam and contributing to global learning initiatives. You’ll be part of a collaborative L&D community that drives growth, performance, and the right mindset across our organization.

Core Responsibilities

Local Focus

Deliver engaging training in Vietnamese for: Production Trainers – enabling them to excel in both training delivery and leadership capability; Team Coordinators and Front-Line People Leaders – with a focus on production leadership and company mindset.

Own local learning solutions, from planning to delivery, ensuring relevance and alignment with site needs.

Partner closely with local teams to understand the specific production environment, challenges and development needs.

Track key learning metrics, analyse program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on insights.

Global / Regional Focus

Act as a Learning & Development SME, contributing to the creation of new learning interventions in various formats – facilitated sessions, blended learning, e-learning, micro-learning, etc.

Translate global learning needs into effective interventions: design, curate, pilot, and evaluate programs for diverse audiences.

Co-facilitate virtual sessions in English with participants from across regions.

Contribute to global L&D projects, helping to improve processes, systems and tools to ensure innovation and scalability.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Training & Development work includes developing training curriculum/materials, selecting appropriate delivery mechanisms, delivering training, and monitoring training effectiveness for the general workforce and for targeted discipline/technical areas

Do you have what it takes?

A Bachelor Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, Education, or a related field,

Proven experience in delivering learning and development interventions and projects

A creative and innovative approach to learning design, applying various tools and methods

Specialization in designing learning experiences, particularly in the area of behavioral skills. Additional experience in other skill families related to digital, commercial or manufacturing

Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to deliver on multiple projects

Excellent communication and ability to influence and drive activity in a partnering model

Experience of creating, maintaining and managing learning content, platforms and curriculums

May manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues

Handle conflicts in negotiation with some guidance

Work independently with advanced MS Office knowledge

Strong verbal & written Vietnamese and English
