Halder Inc. is seeking a professional, reliable, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the voice of the company—managing inbound inquiries, assisting customers with orders and product information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
Process customer orders, quotes, and returns using internal ERP and CRM systems.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in coordination with internal departments (Sales, Technical Support, Logistics).
Track order statuses and communicate updates to customers proactively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and follow-up.
Continuously develop product knowledge to better serve customer needs.
Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas for improving team efficiency and service quality.
