Position: Head – SMT Production Company: Tier 1 Automotive Company
Location: Coimbatore
Key Requirements:
Education: BE – Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.
Experience: 18 to 20 years proven experience in Operations (Only in SMT Production), with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Leadership: Experience handling more than 600 people.
Expertise: Good experience in manufacturing and automation process, proficient in SMT Programming, AOI, SPI, OEE and CAPA.
Skills: Good experience in automation and productivity improvement initiatives, with good knowledge of tools, quality process and systems, maintenance & safety protocols, ME & IE, and Electronics Hardware.
