Qualification: Graduate/MBA/PGDBM

Salary: Upto 550000 p.a

Responsible for maintaining store standards.

Responsible for Achieving top line growth.

Responsible to strategize, manage budgets & Inventory.

Ensures to improve profitability & resource management.

Lead the People and develop the team.

Ensures that customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.

Monitor store processes & audit.

Monitor Display & service standards.

Maintain business relations of the brand.

Responsible for Store Image.
