About the Role

As a Business Development Associate at OORTech, you’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding partnerships, and driving adoption of our Web3 products and services. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone fluent in Vietnamese and English, with a deep interest in blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technology.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and developers in the Web3 ecosystem

Drive outreach in both Vietnamese and English-speaking markets

Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and market strategy

Represent OORTech in online communities, forums, and Web3/crypto events in the APAC region

Analyze trends in blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technologies to inform strategy

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on business development KPIs

Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (Web3/crypto/blockchain industry strongly preferred)

Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and DeFi/NFT trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and communication platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is a plus
