As our Service Dispatcher, you'll be the central hub between customers and technicians-coordinating service schedules, dispatching jobs, and helping deliver the kind of customer service we're known for. You'll be part of a supportive team that thrives on communication, organization, and making things run efficiently.What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience (HVAC or trades industry a plus)

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

Comfortable with dispatching software and phone systems (experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus)
