For our IT for Infrastructure and New Technologies department for our Modern Workplace team at the Bocholt site we are looking for dedicated reinforcement.
Job Responsibilities:
Optimization and adaptation of the existing Microsoft 365 environment, in particular Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Services
Administration of Entra ID user management, authorizations (e.g. tiering model), conditional access policies and licenses
Evaluation of external influences and changes to the existing Microsoft environment regarding operational security and future viability, including the creation and implementation of derived measures
Close collaboration with external service providers, other teams and departments as well as coordination with relevant stakeholders
Support with error analysis and troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd level support
Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education and Experience:
Degree in computer science, information technology or a related field or comparable professional experience
In-depth understanding of security aspects in dealing with Microsoft 365 technologies and implementing best practices to ensure a safe and secure environment
Experience in developing and implementing IT governance and security policies is required
Expertise in automation tools such as Azure Automation, PowerShell, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 as well as experience in planning, implementing and operating Intune Apps, M365 backup and MDM solutions is a plus
Comprehensive knowledge in the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments including license and cloud identity management
Affinity for innovative technologies and new IT topics, strong team spirit, very good communication skills and a solution-oriented, independent and analytical way of working
Fluent written and spoken German and English
