Citation CJ3 Second In Command

We're looking for a skilled Citation CJ3 Second In Command to join our aviation team. As a leader in the premium lawn care industry, we operate a brand-new Citation CJ3 under Part 91, flying between our midwestern hubs and sunny Florida. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about precision flying and providing exceptional service for our corporate travel missions.

What You'll Do:

Assist the captain with all aspects of flight planning and execution.

Ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers during corporate travel.

Maintain adherence to all aviation regulations and safety standards.

Adapt to varied flight routes and any unexpected changes with professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

CE-525s type rating preferred, or the willingness to complete a company-sponsored CJ3 type rating course.

1,000 total flight hours, including 500 multi-engine hours.

75+ hours of instrument flight time and 100+ hours of night flight time.

FAA commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating.

Current Class 2 (or above) medical certificate.

Clean FAA record.

Proven excellence in corporate or owner-operator environments.

Strong decision-making skills and situational awareness.

Discretion and professionalism around senior leadership.

Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH.
